< 바르게 쓰는 연습 >(2019)의 문장들은 평범한 말들이지만 반복될수록 자신의 확신을 갉아먹는 말들이다. 이 훈육의 말들을 수 차례 적어 내리는 동안 ‘간혹 바른쪽이 오른쪽인가, 오른쪽이 어느 쪽인가 확신이 들지 않’(한 숨과 긴 숨)는 것 같이 기시감이 들었다.

The sentences in “A Practice to Write Correctly (2019)” are not particularly special or notable, but they are such sentences that eat away one’s confidence if they are repeated many times. As I wrote these pedagogical words over many times, I experienced a jamais vu — “at times, I wasn’t sure which side was the right nor which side was my right” (A Breath and a Very Long Breath).
